Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
